Mega Master Plan 2050 Will Fuel Industrial Growth: CII TG

Hyderabad: R Sivaprasad Reddy, Chairman, CII Telangana and Managing Director, Rachamallu Forgings said that Mega Master Plan 2050 for industrial development, which includes the establishment of greenfield industrial clusters in Ranga Reddy and Mahbubnagar districts will give a big fillip to industrial growth ambitions of the State. CII Telangana has been strongly advocating for holistic development of Telangana to become $1-trillion economy and we are happy that State Government has also outlined the priorities in this direction, he mentioned, adding that the proposal to build a Future City may help to reduce the burden on the capital city.

He also said that emphasis on employment, skilling, MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises), coupled with targeted measures for agriculture, urban development while focusing on sustainability, is expected to be impactful in the long run. This budget also focused on women’s welfare through Mahalakshmi and Gruha Jyoti Schemes and subsidized LPG Scheme. We expect more support and government's commitment to advancing women and integrating them fully into the economic development process especially for the urban working women.
